About Me

I am a child of the 1970s; born, raised and educated in Newark-On-Trent,Nottinghamshire, England until i joined the Royal Navy at the age of 16 and served until i was 40 years old.

I live with my three daughters and my wife on the South Coast of England where the weather and the beauty of the countryside and the fact i needed a hobbie i got into photography.

I have been a photographer Since 2008 and my main area i enjoy is landscape and lowlight photography.

Most of my landscape photography is done on the south coast of england, Hampshire, Dorest in the New Forest, but there are images from other areas like the photo next to this text is of me in Scotland, Climbing Ben Lomand to get some photo’s from the top. As you can see you dont always get what you came for with landscape photography and all i got was Clouds.

I also enjoy Lowlight Photography. Due to my job i dont get out much at daytime apart from weekends, so evening or early mornings are what i photgraphy most, so you will find alot of Sunrise or Sunset and night time images on this site. It is also the best times of the day for colourful images.
